You’ll receive a private WeTransfer link to upload your files.
Please organise your upload into clear folders and label files clearly:
• Footage: separate by filming date, shoot or stage of the process where relevant, and label by type, such as A-roll, B-roll, interview, voiceover, screen recordings or product shots
• Assets: intros, outros, lower thirds, logos, music and brand elements
• Notes: script, brief, edit notes, references and key instructions

Along with your files, include:
• Desired length
• Objective (what the video should achieve or communicate)
• Footage notes (anything to remove or definitely keep)
• Music preferences (if any)

Clear direction leads to a stronger final result.

Edit

I’ll begin editing once all assets and notes are received.
Turnaround time depends on the agreed scope. You’ll be notified when your first draft is ready.

Review

Your draft will be delivered via a secure Frame.io link.

Please leave timestamped comments directly on the video for any requested changes.

Depending on your project scope, we’ll complete 1–2 revision rounds before final approval.

Delivery

Once approved, the final video will be delivered as a high-quality .mp4 or .mov file via secure link.

A revision is one set of consolidated feedback applied in one update. Your video includes either one or two revisions. Additional revision rounds are available at US$150 per round.

To protect focused editing time, I handle enquiries, admin and project communication Monday to Friday during dedicated admin hours, usually around 11-11.30am and 3pm-4pm Australia/Sydney time. For international clients, replies may arrive the same or next business day depending on time zone.

After submitting the form and confirming we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a payment link to secure your project. Payment is made in full upfront so I can book your project and begin work.

Due to the custom nature of video editing, refunds are not available after final delivery.
